Prior to coaching, I will send you video materials to review which will educate you on how the subconscious mind works and will set the stage for our coaching sessions together.

These videos will prime your subconscious to be ready to take in the coaching and be more prepared.
You will find this material eye-opening and enlightening.

Detailed Intake Form

The intake form assists me to clearly see where you are self-sabotaging and what adaptations you have acquired which are holding you back.  

I will provide you with subconscious messaging to drive a new frequency into your subconscious mind to one of health, abundance, wealth and success. 

ZOOM Coaching 1 on 1

We will meet twice on ZOOM, one week apart, each session being an hour to an hour and a half in length. In these will cover the workings of the subconscious mind and how it functions.

Session 1 will take you through an opening ceremony to drive a new resonant frequency into your subconscious mind with affirmations specific to YOU.

We will go in depth into your subconscious adaptations and evaluate your intake form thoroughly.  

Session 2 is where breakthroughs happen, where you have the opportunity to see the subconscious and how it has kept you stuck to the ground. We also will listen to one of the hand-picked hypnosis audios together.

Each session will be recorded and shared with you so you can review our sessions. 

Final Summation and Resources

Within 24 hours of the completion of each second session, I will send you my final summation notes, affirmation printouts and your handpicked hypnotherapy audio sessions for you to download relating to your behaviours (quickest and easiest way to get into the subconscious)
